Major Overhaul of the steam turbine of Zahrani CCPP. Scope included overhaul of HP & LP Turbine , HP and LP Stop and Control Valves, Bearings. Local scope of works was carried by ET such as Sandblasting, insulation…Turbine turning gear and trip block were sent to overhaul in factory. L-0 Blades were sent for feathering in Alstom workshop in Germany. Mobile lathe and other machiner equipment were sent to site to perform all needed repair works. In addition, special machinery KRANICH was sent from Germany to perform the machinery on the L-0 and L-1 grooves on the LP Rotor.Client: YTL ; Completion date: 2015
